5. Participant Responsibilities You’re responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including health, dietary, and emergency contact details. Travelers must arrive on time and be ready to participate as per the confirmed itinerary.

6. Insurance & Liability You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, and baggage—especially for national or remote adventures. Adventure Trails is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings incurred during any of our services.

7. Third-Party Providers We may rely on external service providers for accommodations, transportation, guides, or other logistics. While we vet our partners, we’re not responsible for their negligence or failures.

8. Photography & Publicity By participating, you authorize Adventure Trails to use any photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes—unless you inform us otherwise in writing beforehand.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this site—text, images, logos, itineraries, etc.—is protected. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or republish this content without our explicit permission.

10. Local Laws & Dispute Resolution Our services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Adventure Trails is based. Any disputes should be addressed through formal communication; unresolved issues may then be escalated to the competent court.
