Cancellation & Refund Policy – Adventure Trails

We understand that plans may change. Below are the terms for cancellations and refunds for our camps and trips.

 

General Guidelines

Approval will be granted by the Senior Registration Manager or higher authority.

Cancellation charges apply only on the total camp fees (excluding additional/third-party charges).

Transaction charges levied by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–12 working days directly to the participant’s bank account.


Cancellation Charges

Local Camps (Within Gujarat)

  • More than 15 days before departure: 10% of camp fees
  • 2–15 days before departure: 50% of camp fees
  • Within 48 hours before departure or after departure: 90% of camp fees


National Camps (Other States in India)

  • More than 40 days before departure: 10% of camp fees
  • 21–40 days before departure: 25% of camp fees
  • 11–20 days before departure: 40% of camp fees
  • 2–10 days before departure: 60% of camp fees
  • Within 48 hours before departure: 90% of camp fees

Important Notes

  • No refund will be provided for participants who miss the trip, leave mid-way, or are unable to join due to personal reasons.
  • Adventure Trails reserves the right to modify or cancel a camp/trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). In such cases, refund or rescheduling options will be communicated.
