Taranga One Day Adventure Camp

About Taranga Hills

About 128 km north of Ahmedabad and just 20 km from Vadnagar, this three-peaked hill is an important site for both Buddhists and Jains. The hill is home to Buddhist monuments dating back to the 4th century and the oldest Jain temple, built in the 12th century. A trek is required to reach the summit, where you’ll find small shrines dedicated to the Buddhist Goddess Devi Taranamata. Within the natural caves, you can also see weathered terracotta figures of Buddha and a stone slab featuring four carved images of the Dhyani Buddha.

Reporting time at Ahmedabad will be 05:00 AM
Departure from Ahmedabad: 05:30 AM
To reach campsite & Take Breakfast around 08:30 AM
After breakfast, trekking, rappelling, and climbing
After lunch, team games & an introductory session
Evening trek to Siddhshila and jogida ni gufa
Back and return journey to Ahmedabad
Bus will reach Ahmedabad at around 10:30 PM
