About Taranga One – Day Adventure Camp

Located 128km north of Ahmedabad, and only 20km from Vadnagar, the 3-peaked hill is signiöcant for Buddhists and Jains. While the oldest Jain temple was built in the 12th century, Buddhist monuments dating back to the 4th century on this hill. Reaching the hill top involves a trek. On reaching you can see small shrines dedicated to the Buddhist Goddess, DeviTaranamata. Weathered ter- racotta images of Buddha and four carved images of Dhyani Buddha on a stone plate can be seen in cave formations.

Reporting time at Ahmedabad will be 05:00 AM
Departure from Ahmedabad: 05:30 AM
To reach campsite & Take Breakfast around 08:30 AM
After breakfast, trekking, rappelling, and climbing
After lunch, team games & an introductory session
Evening trek to Siddhshila and jogida ni gufa
Back and return journey to Ahmedabad
Bus will reach Ahmedabad at around 10:30 PM
